Design and Display
The Galaxy S10E features a 2280x1080 pixels 5.8-inch AMOLED display that is a great option for those who prefer to look away from larger screens that phone manufacturers seem to focus exclusively upon. The S10E is also the lightest phone in the S10 line.
The display, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, is surrounded by thin bezels and produces bright colours and crisp detail. The phone’s aluminium frame gives it a sturdy and durable feel. In addition, with an IP68 rating, the Galaxy S10E is water-resistant, dust-resistant, and splashproof.
Camera
On its rear, the S10E sports a 12MP+16MP camera system, and is capable of taking impressive shots. Photos taken in the day are bright, clear, and full of details. At night, however, the S10E may show its age compared to more modern phones, as it lacks night shooting capabilities.
Battery
Although the S10E packs an average 3,100mAh battery, it can easily see you through a day, thanks to its smaller and less energy-consuming screen.
The phone is also equipped with fast charging and wireless charging capabilities. But even more uniquely, the S10E supports reversible wireless charging—you can place compatible devices on top of the S10E to charge it.
Value for Money
For those who prefer a smaller and lighter phone, the S10E is easy to recommend. With a decent camera and battery life, as well as nifty features like reversible wireless charging that you’d not expect to find on affordably priced phones, the S10E offers great value for money.
